12 Month Price Hold Period
Should the date between PPA Signing, and Practical Completion Meeting, not exceed 52 Weeks, SW1 will hold the base price of the home, conditional upon the following factors:
- There are no Structural Changes (With exception to Front Elevation for Design Guideline Purposes)
- There are no Structural Variations between PPA Signing and Key Handover Meeting
- The lot is Greenfield within a major developer site and has a Certificate of Title issued
- The proposed design does not require Planning Approval
- The lot does not have Area Loading applicable (As determined by SW1) nor require retaining
- HIA Contracts are signed within 5 days of production
- Unconditional Finance Approval is produced within 4 Weeks of HIA Contracts being signed

12 Month Maintenance Period
SW1 will provide a complimentary upgrade, from standard 6 Months Maintenance, to 12 Months Maintenance period (Otherwise known as Building Defect Liability Period). 1 Inspection will be provided, being no more than 12 months after Practical Completion Inspection has been finalised.
The client wears onus to bring to SW1’s attention, prior to the 12 month milestone, any items, or minor defects, that they claim to be outside of the Manufacturers or Builder Specification to SW1.
- For the avoidance of doubt, 1 Inspection will be provided as part of the 12 Month Maintenance period, with 1 rectification being achieved.
- Dents, Chips, Damages and Missing Items are not covered under warranty unless noted in writing by the builder at the time of Practical Completion
- This offer should be read, in conjunction with your Key Handover information, Manufacturers warranty information and Warranty Guidelines information provided by the builder.

Terms & Conditions of entry:
- Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions (Terms of
entry). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the
terminology used in these Terms of entry. Where there is any inconsistency between these
Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed
acceptance of these Terms of entry.
- Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method
of entry. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers)
and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees,
